2011 Women's Lacrosse Callout Meeting
The 2011 Women's Lacrosse Callout Meeting will be Tuesday, November 30, at 7:00p in the Athena Room across from the Elementary School cafeteria.
Athletes interested in the team this Spring and a parent are expected to attend. The meeting will fit efficiently within an hour and a half. Seniors on the team will bring cookies for us to enjoy after the meeting!
Content is focused on families returning to the program. Freshmen and new players and their families are welcome to arrive at 6:30p or mingle at 8:30p to learn more about the program from a coach or senior player. Contact Coach Teeter at CTeeter625@gmail.com if you'd like to arrange a specific meeting beforehand.
Returning players should help get the word out to potential new players by pointing them to this posting.
The agenda will include:
o 2011 Season Overview - What's New and Different from 2010
o Preseason Activities Overview
o Player Package Completion
To prepare for the evening, please follow the link below and review the Athletic Handbook and Forms. (We will not review these as part of the evening.)
This is important! Please print, review and sign and turn in the following four forms if you have not already done so as part of a Fall sport:
o Parent Code of Conduct
o Athlete Code of Conduct
o Consent for Athletic Training Services
o Consent for ImPACT Testing Release of Information
http://www.heritagechristian.net/sysflash/Athletics/forms.htm
The physical form is available at that page too. Those not involved in a Fall or Winter sport need to make sure their physical is current with the Athletic Department.
Finally, for returning players (including Freshmen who played in MS), follow the attached link to confirm that your USLacrosse Membership is current al least through May 2011. Lots of you have already done this. Thanks. If you are just now updating, bring a print out that shows your number and new expiration date. If you are new to the sport and have no idea what this is, don't worry about it! We'll take care of it on the 30th.
