For the next four Tuesday's (9/28, 10/5, 10/12, and 10/19), we'll run some informal stick work from 3:30 - 4:20 allowing everyone to go to Hoffacker Conditioning (described in a previous post) which begins at 4:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Coach Kauffman and other Coaches will informally work thru the team's stick drills and stick tricks. This is an excellent time to bring a friend that is interested in learning the basics of throwing and catching. ... no equipment necessary for athletes interested in giving it a try.
Convene in the lobby of the gymnasium building at 3:25p. We'll move somewhere else on campus from there. Rain or Shine.
(More sessions will be announced along with scrimmages and other activities as the Fall sports seasons come to a close.)
