Our end of year gathering will be at the Bradney's House on Tuesday, May 24th. Yes, that is an evening during Finals week. But, with all the comings and goings with Seniors, receptions, Graduation, and Memorial Day, the calendar warriors have found this as a nice break to gather and honor our team. The schedule will be efficient in respecting the underclassmen's commitment to return to their studies.
4:00p Players (who don't have Math and Science finals on Wednesday) for pool party - bring towels
5:15p Parents and Bookworm Players arrive for Pitch-in Dinner/BYOC (Bring your own chair!)
Prayer will begin promptly at 5:30p
Chicken - provided
Plates and Plasticware - provided
Drinks - Pok's and Sato's
Chips - last names A - E
Side Dishes - last names F - N
Desserts - last names R - Z (R - Z includes Mary Thomas and Nita Wolfe!)
6:15p End of Year Season Commentary and Awards Presentation
(The Road Ahead/Preparing for 2012 will not be a part of session. That will continue to be highlighted in the Blog. Any coach will be glad to discuss next steps with families and players.)
