Reminder: End of Year Gathering, Tuesday, May 24 at Bradney's

This is a reminder that our end of year gathering will be at the Bradney's House on Tuesday, May 24th.  

The first part of this schedule is weather dependent!  If it's raining, jump to the 5:15p arrival for everyone.

4:00p  Players for pool party - bring towels 

5:15p  Parents and Players arrive for Pitch-in Dinner/BYOC (Bring your own chair!)

           Prayer will begin promptly at 5:30p

           Chicken - provided

           Plates and Plasticware - provided

           Drinks - Pok's and Sato's

           Chips - last names A - E

           Side Dishes - last names F - N

           Desserts - last names R - Z (R - Z includes Mary Thomas and Nita Wolfe!)

        

6:15p  End of Year Season Commentary and Awards Presentation

(The Road Ahead/Preparing for 2012 will not be a part of this session.  That will continue to be highlighted in the Blog.  Any coach will be glad to discuss next steps with families and players at this picnic.)
